Our Story
Born from a Mother's Love. Built for Every Child.
Logan's Learning Lab didn't start in a boardroom. It started at a kitchen table, with a mom who refused to let the system define her son.
It Started with Logan
Logan Scott is not just the name behind Logan's Learning Lab — he's the reason it exists. As a young student, Logan's behaviors and learning style required out-of-the-box methods of teaching and redirection that traditional classrooms weren't designed to provide.
His mother, Desiree Bailey, a school psychologist who had spent her career evaluating hundreds of students, found herself facing the same challenge so many families encounter: a child whose brilliance wasn't being reached by conventional approaches.
Early on, Desiree discovered that Logan learned best when his academics were taught through his own interests and learning style. When she leaned into that — everything changed.
What Happened When Someone Believed in Him
Today, Logan attends a school for the gifted and talented, performs above grade level, and gives back to his community by working with youth who face similar challenges.
His journey from a student who needed a different approach to a young leader serving others is proof of what becomes possible when a child is truly seen, understood, and taught in a way that works for them.
Why Logan's Learning Lab Exists
Desiree founded Logan's Learning Lab so that every family could have access to the same individualized, interest-driven, student-centered support that transformed Logan's life. No child should have to wait for someone to figure out how they learn. Every student deserves a plan built around them — from day one.
Every child can learn
We start from the belief that no student is incapable — only underserved by a one-size-fits-all approach.
Meet students where they are
We build each plan around the student's interests, strengths, and learning style — not a generic curriculum.
Family is the foundation
We partner closely with parents and caregivers because lasting progress happens at home too.
